Okay, I now that there are many that are horrible for you and your health, but are there any goods ones out there. I have ate enough lowfat frozen dinners that I'm sick and nothing! I have tried excerising and no real results. I wonder if anyone has had any luck with any medications that seem to work. Thanks, Katie

I'm super funny about taking any kinds of meds so my suggestion is to take the money that you would spend on the diet drugs and have a consult with a nutritionist and a consult with a personal trainer. You'll probably learn from just those two visits what's been holding you back from reaching your health/weight loss goals! It's really about the right lifestyle changes that work for you. The bad thing about the drugs is they might work short term but you don't learn anything about changing your lifestyle or habits and once you stop the weight can return.

How long have you been exercising? You won't really see a whole lot of changes in your body until you have been at it 3-4 times per week for about 3 months. I found that when I walked I didn't notice any changes at all but when I started running-wow what a difference! And I have The Firm step system. It is very tough but you really do see results quicker.

You also have to make sure you are eating enough. When you restrict your intake too much your body goes into panic and thinks it's starving and actually holds onto everything it gets!

Good luck!

Phentermine 37.5mg -It works great, just hard to find. I use to get it from Customhrdt. One pill a day and I never thought about food, so I was able to eat healthy instead of eating cravings. It was also easier to tell people who kept offering junk food to me to say no thanks. You really do not crave food. I had to think, what time it was and that I needed to eat something. Not, I'm starving and how much could I stuff in my face as soon as I got home.
