I have a cake to deliver in 100 degree heat, ANY suggestions.
I was thinking of calling the Hotel an asking if I could drop in the morning and come back and set up at the regular set-up time. Which by the way is at 5:00 HOTTEST PART OF THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

They said.............NO PROBLEM!*!*! They totally understood my concern. They are making room in the Frig for me. I'm dropping off by 9:00 & going back to set-up at 5:00.
I feel soooooooooooooo much better!*!*!
