I read on a thread before that you could bake gum paste at a low temp to get it to dry faster. What temp would you use and for how long? I amde the number 2 to go on top of my daughters cake and it is not drying as fast as I thought it would. My guess is the humidity. I made MMF and all I can say it that high humidity and MMF do not mix! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have heard that you can use a food dyhidtration on it to help dry faster. If using your oven I would use the lowest setting
