any thoughts on the subject- I have a cake I have to make 12x12 so that I have room for the design -but i don't need a 2 layer 'cuz i don't need that many servings.

so i was thinking i would torte it but....

i don't have a lot of luck with chocolate it always falls apart on me any thoughts ???

Freeze it slightly and then torte it.

Would you be able to slide the top onto a cake board to remove?

I forgot to mention. Yes, slide top layer onto a cake board to remove it from bottom layer.
