Okay so today is my dear friend wedding, he is to say the least a huge spider man fan, so we are doing to toned down spider man themed grooms cake. Well I'm trying to make a sack for the rings with royal icing and a balloon I have let it sit all night long and this morning I went to seperate the ballon from the nest and it shattered I know have 9 hours to figure out what the heck I'm going to do... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, you're going to use fondant, gumpaste or a combination of the two.

I was using royal icing only... I thought it would be stiff enough
