Emergency!!! Help!!!

I'm right in the middle of making a wedding cake... cracked in an egg and it was a DOUBLE-YOLKER!!! does this count as one egg or TWO????

Help!!!!!

I would count it as one since double yolks are usually smaller than normal.

Even with a double yolk I'd classify it as one - a jumbo one, but only one.

I would count it as one egg since they are measured by weight. When you get two like that, there's usually not much more total yolk than a single one anyway.

I would count it as 1 egg...same sized shell means to me that it is the same as any other single egg.

Its twins but identical so I would count as 1 egg. LOL

I HAVE NEVER SEEM A DOUBLE YOLK, UNTIL LAST WEEK FREAK ME OUT AND I JSUT TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH...DID NOT THINK IT WAS ANYGOOD....
