I cannot find cake flour in my local supermarket. Can somebody point me to a recipe to make such flour at home?

Thanks.

I don't think you can. You should be able to find it in the local grocery store - it usually comes in a box rather than a bag, in the same aisle that you find the other types of flours. The most popular brand in my grocery store is Swan's Down cake flour - i live in a fairly big area, and we only have 2 brands of cake flour.

Our grocery stores stock it on the bottom shelf below the cake mixes and not in the flour section. Maybe yours does this also.
