I have been asked to make a cake for a child's bowling party. I have seen several cakes that were modeled after the picture in the Wilton 2003 Yearbook with the bowler on his tummy. Can this bowler be made from MMF? If so, any advice? Also, I'd like to make the bowler in advance - possibly 4 or 5 days before it's going to be placed on top of the cake. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Sure he can. Look in the Photo gallery. You'll see all kinds of figures there made from MMF. All made in advance and allowed to dry before putting on a cake.
Happy bowling! icon_smile.gif

I've made figurines up to a week in advance. icon_smile.gif Keep them out of sunlight though or else they will fade!
