sorry to bother but I tried a search...If i get the ball cake pans, or make 2 bundt cakes to make a pumpkin cake for the cake walk at church. How do I adhere them, do I need to use a dowel? Thank you.

You don't need to dowel, just put icing in the middle like you would a layer cake. Make sure with the ball that you take a little off the bottom half so it sits flat.

I found with the ball pans that it all depends on what kind of cake you make. I made a mud cake, and it didnt need any support at all, but when I made a butter cake, I had to sue dowel and card between the two layers becuase the cake is too soft. HOpe this helps.

I made a globe (in my pics as Earth Cake). I used 2 bundt cakes. I put a plastic cylinder (my Pampered Chef Measure-All cup) in the center to keep it stable since I had to travel one hour with it.

Since you are making this for a cake walk I would suggest using dowels. Not only will you be traveling with it, the recipient will be also.
