I just had my final health inspection on my shop and passed with flying colors. I am so excited I am now an officially running cake shop. The inspector walked in and just said "wow this place looks great. " I started with the most disgusting dump and made it into a cute little shop. I didnt' have one thing she made me work on and she basically approved me as soon as she saw it. YIPPPPEEEEEEE!!! 
congratulations!!!!! i bet you are so relieved. once i turn in my application/approval for in home bakery, i'll get a visit from the inspector also. any tips/pointers before that day comes for me? my husband said they will check for bugs and droppings, but i'm sure it's more than that... thanks!

Armywife1 I found a great thing was I met with the inspector first and she made me a list of all she expected of me, then I just made sure I checked each thing off. It went so well today I was shocked. Everyone had me soo nervous. (By the way. I will get you the dino Tutorial, sorry for the delay. I have just been working not stop the last few days to get the shop done. I will get them to you in the next day or so. I am pooped now. It was quite a day. )
