Hey, Y'all!
I've got an order for a "construction" themed cake due next Saturday.
I'll be doing an 11x17x2 with buttercream. Also, on top, I'll have two smaller carved cakes. One will be a dump truck and one will be a bulldozer.
The dump truck will be fairly easy carving, it's squares and rectangles, mostly. The bulldozer shouldn't be much more difficult. Each of them should be about 6 or 8 inches in size. Frosted in yellow/black with a star-tip, number 17.
Can anyone help me with pricing on this? I'm in Knoxville, TN, if demographics come into play with your suggestions! (Go Vols!) 
I really appreciate any input here--never attacked a carved cake before, and have no idea about pricing!

i would just try to price them separately-- and then add the two together. how much would you charge for your sheet cake? for me, i would charge about $45 (i charge $50 for 12x18 double layer sheet) -- and then you should look at each carved cake-- how much would you charge for each by itself?
I think no less than $75 if it were me....
