so i am sure most of you have seen the cheesecake filling that comes in the container. i want to try it as a filling for a cake, do you think i can just use as is or should i add it to bc? have any of you tried this?

It is great. I have used it to stuff strawberries and also added PS to it and used it as a cream cheese icing. It crusted great too.

I actually don't like the flavor of the pre-packaged cheesecake filling, but I made a homemade cheesecake filling that is basically the same but yummier-just cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. I let it set up in the fridge and then I use it as a filling in my fruit crunch cakes (see the orange crunch recipe on here). Basically you have cake, graham cracker, cheesecake filling, graham cracker, and cake. Delish! It's one of my biggest sellers now.
