I want to hopefully open a shop within the next couple years and I have been trying to find companies to order from for different supplies. My questions are:

What type of stove/oven is best for a small cake shop? Are regular home types ovens okay and what companies to order from?

and

What companies sell the showcases to keep mini desserts and cakes?

Even "a small cake shop" should probably have a commercial oven. It is made to withstand the heavier usage.
I would think that interior size would be important. Like what is the largest pan that will fit?
I'm sure there are others here at CC that can give a recomendation based on their experiences. Sorry I'm not more knowledgeable in this area.

Blodgett is great, but I've heard good things about Deluxe Ovens on here.

If you are looking to buy anything used check out http://www.auctionzip.com
for a list of local commerical auctions in your area. I have picked up a lot of things really cheap.
