I have a 3 tiered square anniversary cake order that the customer wants to serve approximately 150 people. I quoted 154 servings out of a 12x4", 10x4" and a 8x4". Is that right or almost right?
I figure my servings as 1x2x4. So with your 12, 10, 8 squares as double layer cakes I do come out with 154 servings also.
