the same way as with a buttercream transfer only with chocolate........so simple and such a crowd pleaser there is an article in the articles section (lol) on how to make a frozen buttercream transfer

Just a word of warning if your temperatures are anything like mine right now--Keep those transfers in air conditioning! My son's spongebob cake almost ended up in the disaster forum.
