Ok, I just can not seem to get this coffe creamer flavoring right. I want to make a chocolate cake with hazelnut flavor added. I bought the powder creamer, Do I just use my chocolate cake mix and add two tablespoons of the flavoring?

I can never seem to get it right.

Also does this sound like it would be a good combo, and what filling would you use?

Thank you so much.

It sounds like a great combo, I would mic 1 cup coffee creamer with one cup hot water, then use that in place of the milk/water in your box recipe.

HTH!

I agree with dezzib27, it should work well for you.

I have found that the coffee creamers are not created equal. For instance, I only used 1 1/2 T of dry Pralines and Cream and that was strong. I have used more of other flavors. I have also used the liquids and I use different amounts. Sometimes the flavor is very strong (in a good way) and other times it is just a subtle taste.

In other words, it is a lot of trial and error for your taste preferences.

Thanks for the help. Looks like I'll be in the kitchen, and the kids and other testers will be busy.
