icon_redface.gif I have never made MMF or any other type of fondant for that matter! But I have 3 project in the next two months (son's, niece and a nephew's B-day cakes) and plan to attempt to use fondant. How long of a shelf life does MMF have? Can I go a head and make enough for all three at one time and store it? The dates are Sept 15, Oct 12, and Oct 17. How do I store, in the Fridge, freezer or pantry? If I can store should I wait till the day of to color? Which is better the MMF with marshmallows or marshmallow fluff?

Sorry for all the questions. I am totally new to all this.

I think you're safe. I take crisco a wipe it around the "ball" and then cover in saran wrap then place in plastic pag and push all the air out.

it stores for a while this way. I don't think it ever goes bad so long as it doesn't dry out.....just like Marshmallows! Good luck...MMF is FUN. I love fondant.
