I do believe that you can get this kit from www.pastrywiz.com (or is is whiz) Along with the rings and the turrets flags and little plaques with the princess pictures on them.
As for pricing? hmmm that's a two tier cake on top which is 10" and 8" and then sitting on a half sheet cake on the bottom. For this I would start at 20.00 for the kit itself and then 50-60 for the half sheet and then 100-150 for the two tier cake. that comes to about o hmmm 170-250. Does that sound about right?

that looks like a lot of detail! I would say it looks like a 6" round, 8" round and a 1/4 sheet cake. I would say this cake is $80 at least! Then charge extra for the cupcakes.

If you are unsure if you can do it maybe you can sketch up something that is similar and give it too them. There is also the new Wilton Princess Kit that you can buy to help you out. It would make the design different but, definitely a princess cake!
Good luck!

Well that is a great cake.. it will take some work but I think it is dooable. You will need buttercream, fondant, RI,and transfers. 1/2 sheet double 8"round double 6"round. will feed about 66 people all that work I would charge at least 3-4$ per serving making it about $198-$264 If that seems like to much dont go any lower than 150.00 thats just my opinion. You have alot of fun work ahead of you send pictures..

In the bakery I work in, We order kits like this from Decopac. They only sell there products to bakeries. I would suggest that you go to a grocery store bakery(example: Coborns, Cub, Walmart) and see if they will sell this kit to you. In our bakery we use kits and only buttercream to decorate. I hope this helps.
