What am I doing awake????

What else... baking cakes of course.... LOL

I have 2 baby blessing cakes to make for my sister in law for Sunday.

Anyone else up and about in the wee early hours?

Hello there!

I am up because DH is snoring and the cats are helping him hog the bed. icon_rolleyes.gificon_lol.gif

I was thinking about making myself some hot chocolate with milk and seeing if that would put me to sleep.

Or I could look at some more cakes. icon_wink.gif Cause that won't keep me up for hours or anything!

LOL....

I just took my last cake from the oven, so am waiting 15 minutes for it to cool so I can level it, and wrap... then I am off to bed because Hubby and I have to be up at 5.30am tomorrow to go hiking! UGH

I'm up cause I fell asleep on the sofa around 8 pm watching a movie. So that means I'm up really really early. So, I started cleaning LOL

Ugh. 5:30 is my daily wake up time.

Saturday is my one day to sleep in. Which means there should be a cat sitting on my head or demanding to go outside around 6:15.

Have fun on your hike tomorrow. Or later today. However you want to look at it! Where are you headed?

Hi there, glad to see somebody else awake! This is just one of my many ups and downs nightly, only sleep a couple of hours at a time. What a pain! Janice

I'm awake, too.

My husband doesn't understand the concept of insomnia. I get it especially when I'm under a lot of stress or have a lot on my mind. I've been up since about 1:00 Texas time.

Guess I'll head back to bed and see how many sheep I can count. Good night all - or should I say Good morning?!?!?!

That was the look! icon_lol.gif Poor disturbed DH. And cats. Speaking of whom, one of them got up with DH and is now parked on my lap, trying to shove the laptop onto the floor. Handsome boy needs his beauty rest, and CLEARLY I am interfereing! icon_rolleyes.gif

My cat wondered in a while ago, too. Poor Stormy - he broke his leg the other day so his whole leg from the shoulder down is in a cast. I was able to go back to bed and get a couple of hours sleep. Now it's off to work and running errands.

Aw, poor baby with a broken leg, hope he heals quickly. I finally managed to sleep almost 3 hours in a row, now I feel groggy...just can't win.

I'm up late stamping cards. I got way behind taking my Wilton courses back to back and now I am low on all kinds of cards. It's fun to get back into my other hobby again.

It's 11:37 pm here on Sat. All in the house are asleep, except me and I'm watching Pride and Prejudice the new movie...again.
