I got a really nice set of digital scales from eBay for about $30. I think they are cheaper now. They switch from oz. to grams.

I weighed something at 16 oz. and switched to grams. It said 454 grams. HTH!

There is a neat little free program called Convert that you can download that will convert almost any measures - check out

I have used it for several years - have downloaded it to numerous computers with no problems or complications. It is quick and convenient.
