Could someone please explain to me how to make my printer line up with the edible frosting sheet from Kopykakes. I am trying to print on the 2" circles and I'm wasting ink trying to figure out how to line these suckers up.... I'm using the free download software from Kopykakes and when I look at the print preview, it is lined up the exact same way it prints.. The only problem is, the frosting sheets are lined totally different (the right way) Can anyone please help me. I feel like throwing my printer out of the window.. I have waited too long to get this, and now it's driving me crazy . icon_cry.gif

How far off is the printing?

Can you move the paper guides over and move the frosting sheet over?

Can you adjust the circles on the computer to match the way it wants to print?

Try to just print like 2 circles instead of a whole page to save ink....

OK, I'm using the Epson CX3810. It's printing maybe 1/2 inch off. Because I'm using the downloaded software from thier website, I can't move the circles. Even when I look at the print preview on their software, it's printing out exactly what it shows. I moved the paper guides as far as they can go, and still nothing. I've aligned the printer and still nothing.

Geez, I don't know! Do they have a phone number on their website that you can call for support?

Is there a troubleshooting area to the software?

Are all of the frosting sheets the same?? Maybe one got glued on crooked! maybe you can turn it upside down??

I've never used the circles before but I sure have had my share of issues with edible images! I feel your pain! (((hug)))

I figured it out. I had to put in the Unlock Code in order for it to print straight. Crazy!!! I used about 8 of my print credits.
