I have a request from a local real estate office to do a cake for their sales meeting. If they like it they are gong to let me do a cake for a huge 40th anniversary party. They want the logo of course and to incorporate a beach theme (the big party will be at the beach, great it's only 110 degrees out). The first one will only be two teirs. I'm just drawing a blank, what else is there besides the logo and houses ? and getting the beach theme in there. You all are so awesome with ideas, any help or thoughts would be greatly appreicated. Thanks.

Sue

I would do a really cute beach theme along the sides of the cake with the sand...some little seashells and sandcastles...then some beach shacks with For Sale signs out front. Then make their logo on a plaque and put it on top?

Can't think of much else. Good luck!

I would definetly do sand castles with a "SOLD" sing in front of them. I would incorporate the logo on the "SOLD" signs.
BEST OF LUCK!!

I agree - a sandcastle with the company's sign in the front yard and a "sold" slapped across the sign. Sounds like fun!

Thanks for the suggestions, I just couldn't get past the logo thing but I love the beach shack and sand castle ideas. Well, I better get started! Thanks again!

I was in Real Estate and I love the sandcastles around the cake sold signs, you could do the logo on top sticking out of the cake.

Maybe you can do some houses with fondant, and details with royal icing, if you are doing two teirs cake. I made a cake for my son, actually is a rece car track, but you can do something similar with the beach teme, you can change the green color for sand color, you can put some sea chocolate seashells arround the black street, and on the side you can put some diferentes fondant houses with the sing "SOLD", on the top of the cake you can put "40th anniversary".... and you can use a blue color for the base. This is the link of my photo....
