Agbay Leveler Question

When the Agbay leveler is just sitting there, is the blade flexible? Or is it stiff and firm?

i also have a question, ifyou have the 2 blade model, can you position only one blade to cut the cake. i understand with the 2 blade you can level and torte at the same time, correct? would love to get one.

Yes, the 2nd blade torts while the 1st blade cuts the crust off. I don't tort here in Australia, so have the one blade model!
