Hi,
you need to call your local health dept in Bridgeport. Every town has a different set of rules. They will tell you what their requirements are and let you know what you can and cannot do. After you find a place you will get your premises licensed by the dept of consumer services in Hartford. So you will need to contact Hartford once you have a place. I cannot remember the exact website for consumer services in Hartford but your health dept can give you that information. Good luck in your search!

Yes I'm from CT. I live around Danbury . You can PM me if you have specific questions. I'll try to answer them as best as i can. It has been a steep learning curve for me as well!

HI , I am from Beautiful CT, I went to my local health department, i am still working on everything, thank god i have a great CPA, who has allot of clients in food service.

So my fellow CT members do we have any cake clubs or anything here???
