We looked at everything on the market and ended up with a DeLuxe oven. It has been the best choice I ever made! I rank it right up there with my Hobart mixer. I have had it about 7-8 years now, it bakes cake PERFECTLY and I have never had a problem at any time. The company is from Florida and the web site is deluxeovens.com

Hope that helps,
cfao

I can not give an opinion on what brand is the best but if your looking to purchase anything used check out..

for a list of local commerical auctions in your area I have recently gone to a couple and picked up some things really cheap. I have a Blodgett full size electric oven I got for, drumroll please.......$5.00, yes it works, And a 1/2 size Blogett gas oven for $50.00 (I have these in storage as I am currently only baking from home but couldn't pass them up) also got a stack of 8 24ct muffin pans for $6.00, a copycake machine for $30.00 and numerous other things.
