I know this is a dumb question because I have rolled it around in my mind over and over without any success.
Does anyone know of any way to make calla lilies with buttercream. I know if it is possible, someone on here will know the answer.
Thanks in advance.

Michele,

I have a book called 65 buttercream flowers by Richard V Snyder. I just got this book (and I'm a total newbie) but he does have instructions for both large and small calla lillies. It seems rather complicated, but if you're interested, PM me and I'll type up the directions for you. It seems like for the large calla lillies he uses rolled buttercream, but for the smaller ones he uses piped icing. Some of the terms are foreign to me, but you may understand then icon_smile.gif Let me know!
