Any tips? I am wanting to make an cheesecake for my brother and his wife. I have made several cheesecakes, but I want this one to be orange and blue swirl since they are Auburn fans. Has anyone ever tried this? If so, what type of coloring is recomended-gel, paste, or liquid?

I think you can color a cheesecake with just plain food coloring.

I would use a thicker gel paste, If you use too much liquid color, like the deep blue and gold, you would be adding too much liquid to the cheesecake, thus altering the outcome of the batter.
