Ok now that I think that I know what I'm doing. Thanks to all who helped. I don't know how to make the mold of the tiara curve. Someone said a soup can, but how to you keep the chocolate from dripping off. Man this cake better turn out. This is alot of work. Maybe I'll just call Safeway.

Maybe if you freeze your soup can first? Never tried it, but I had my Chocolate tranfers in the freezer.. and was adding detail to it with melted chocolate, it hardened right away.. GOOD LUCK.. or try Royal Icing.. Cant wait to see it..

I would do it either very fast to get it back to the frig, or do it in small increments. Don't do a wide area either. A soup can sounds too small for it. Depends on the cake size.
