I love a champagne cake with a hazlenut buttercream filling. One of the most moist cakes I have ever tasted!

I have 2.. A really DARK chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and fresh raspberry filling with fresh whipped cream on the outside thumbs_up.gif

Golden Vanilla cake with vanilla mousse and fresh banana filling with a light coat of chocolate buttercream and then a poured dark chocolate ganache on the outside YUMMM.. this is usually my own BD cake icon_lol.gif

I recently did a chocolate cake with raspberry kahlua creme filling. Yummy and not real sweeticon_smile.gif
