Has nayone done this before. I was thinking about making a cookie cube with a a different baby disney charater on each side. This is for a baby shower. Any ideas.

I've done this with graham crackers, so I don't see why it couldn't be done with sugar cookies cut into squares.

What I did was use royal icing along the edges to hold the pieces together. I propped the pieces up with various containers to keep them together while drying. I made three attached pairs, and when these dried, I assembled the cube. This seemed to be the most stable way to do it.

I hope my description makes sense.

For baby showers I have made an 8x8x2 four-layer cake so it comes out to be a large block which I decorated with different baby items on each side, i.e. rattle, bottle, buggy, etc. If you are going for small, individual serving sizes, I would think you could do petit fours. I'll be anxious to see the pics of what you design.

I don't think it would be too difficult. As long as you make each side exactly the same size and use royal to connect them together you should be fine.
