click on post relply....type whatever text (you have to have some sort of text in order to attach a photo)...then go down to add attatchment, then the screen will reload, scroll down and click on browse, find your photo, double click it, then hit submit.......if your file is too large it will let you know otherwise you have attached the photo to your reply
in the event the photo is too large you can go to www.shrinkpictures.com and upload your photo choose how many pixels you want it and then it will resize it for you in a matter of seconds for FREE then you'll need to save the resized photo (i always store it next to the original and name it resized...jpg) HTH
