I am new to this and am wondering where you get the individual cookie bags. Can you go to a local craft store or kitchen store or do you order them online? Let me know! Have a great day!

You can get them online but they also sell them at Michael's and Joann's. My local grocery store ususally has them too.

you can also get clear bags at Wal-Mart they are in the party section with the balloons and party supplies. they are called clear cello treat bags but they work perfect for cookies and they're pleated so they work well for large or smaller cookies and they're nice and long if you want to package the stick INSIDE the bag if the cookies or on a stick......otherwise you can cut off the excess....they also have holiday designs on them which look neat! They are 20 bags for 1.09 I think.

If I need some quickly, and don't have enough I go to Hobby Lobby. They have 2 different sizes and they are $1.99 (25 in a package for the larger ones, 50 in a package for the smaller ones). They are in the party supplies aisle.

Normally I buy them from http://www.papermart.com

What types of bags do you recommend? I usually just wrap mine in syran wrap, but would love to use bags this year.
