I'd use Google or Anywho to search for cake supply shops in the cities near you, then call them to find out what they carry. You may have to make a trip to Philadelphia if there isn't anything in the smaller cities near you. Good luck!

I don't have any stores in my area that carry the square ones. But you will need to look for speciatly cake stores. Magic line is usually only found in cake stores or restaurant supply stores.
As for the 5 week lead time? You have plenty of time to order online. I order quite a bit from www.cakesbysam.com and I get my order in 2 business days. If I order before 10am they are usually shipped out the same day.
I agree to check both cake supply stores and restaurant supply. I had never thought about restaurant supply stores until recently I stumbled upon one in a nearby town who sold MagicLine
