Hello friends,

I need some suggestions on how to recreate this cake
http://www.dessertworks.net/pics/3DElmo2.jpg

I don't have any experience using Rice Krispie treats but though this might be a candidate. Any suggestions are welcome.

I am not sure, but i think you would just mold it in to the shape.
But what i really wanted to say is that i really think that is a cool cake.

I used Rice Krispie treats on a froggy I did last week--I put the cereal in the food processor to make it a bit finer and mixed it with the marshmallows--you need to work with it while it's still warm or it gets too hard to mold. It worked great--a nice firm base for your fondant. Oh, and I also iced the form with BC before I put on the fondant.
