I am doing a wedding cake and the bride wants a glass pedastal for the cake to sit on. We will need a 18 to 20 inch. The glass plate needs to be flat. Does anyone know where I can find one of these pedastals?

No, I really haven't seen them that large.....but I sure someone somewhere makes them.

Personally, I would just buy some glass and have it beveled at a glass and mirror store and add some lovely cut glass tumblers for the feet.

Most of my cakes are set in glass, I have the glass costume cut. ou can make the "legs" of your pedestal by using inexpensive but very strong glass candleholders or vases

That might be doable if I can find the right stuff for it.

What about one of those glass tops that goes on the little decorator tables? They may be too large though, or heavy.
