Does anybody have an egg-free cake recipe that they are willing to share? I have a potential cake order and would love to do it, but I need an egg-free recipe.

She said she has used her egg replacer (EnerG) but that the cakes don't rise very well.

PLease help!!!

Try googling vegian recipes. They omit any dairy and use applesauce instead.
