Where do I find impression mats? I am making a castle for my neice in Nov. and need one for the walls, but would like to get an assortment for other cakes (if they aren't too pricey)! Thanks!

I would try the cakecraftshoppe.com. They're so great. She charges 5 dollars each. And she doesn't have a minimum order or charge a huge shipping and handling fee.

These are called Rubbing plates and they work really well as impression sheets. I have used them for fondant as well as chocolate designs. Click on the thumbnails to see what varieties they have. I think the architecture sheets would have brick work designs that would work for the castle.

Earlene has them for around $5 a piece. Sugarcraft has them too. Sugarcraft has a wider selection (cobblestone, brick, basketweave, etc.) and I believe they are even cheaper.
