Whew, that thing takes forever to cook! And you can't put a flower nail in there because it would prevent you from having the smooth top...

Anyone have any tips on baking in this pan? I upped my oven temp to 350 and it still took well over an hour.

Hmmm, I don't remember having problems with mine, I just followed the direction in the wilton box it came with. 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Sorry I am ot really sure what could be the problem unless is it you oven? Do you have a thermometer to put in there to make sure it is keeping temp properly? Well hope it works out better next time for you. icon_smile.gif

I also just followed the wilton directions and it came out fine...

used one of the enhanced recipes...can't remember which one though...

Yeah, I've used mine twice and never had a problem. Maybe it is the temp of your oven.
