I am in a pinch and need to make a maroon color. Any suggestions as to what colors would work best together?? Thanks for the help

I am saving that chart. It will come in handy so I can stop calling the store where I buy cake stuff to ask them how to make certain colors.

First time looking at that color chart. New to this so forgive my dumb question but...what does the number before each color represent???
