I saw these in the Popcorn Factory catalog and though they were so cute. the 1st one is a cookie and the 2nd is done with marshmellows. looks very simple and really cute.

anyone know which cookie cutter could have been used for the skeleton?

The skeleton cookies looks like they used a gingerbread man cookie cutter. You could almost use a teddy bear cookie cutter too. Those marshmallow pumpkins are REALLY cute!!!

Last year I made marshmallow snowballs for Christmas similar to those pumpkins. I put 3 marshmallows on a skewer, dipped them in white chocolate and then rolled in flaked coconut. People thought they were so cute.

I bet the snowball ones would be cute to dip one small marshmallow in black or dark chocolate and then dip 3 others in white roll in coconut and pipe on black details and make em look like little snowmen........I love the marshmallows....that looks like a fun project for kids to do .....pretty simple.

Tried these same things when I got the catalog too! Made my skeletons with the gingerbread man. At Christmastime I made the 3 MM. Except I made these for teachers/neighbors:
3 MM on 2 skewers (or lollipop sticks)
Dipped 3 (on skewer) in white and 1 skewer in chocolate.
After they hardened, I drizzled red and green chocolate over them and wrote HO, HO, HO on everyother one.
Inside the bag I also included the fake ice-cream cone Hot Chocolate mix. They could either eat the MM as is or dip them in their hot chocolate that they made. I got a TON of complitments on this one! Fast and really nice for a simple teacher gift! Also saw how to make these Hot Chocolate cones into Santas which are really cute too!
