I made some NFSC dough about 2 weeks ago and it's been sitting, wrapped in the fridge as I've gotten crazy busy and haven't been able to make the cookies that I wanted to. Just wondering if it's still good to use or if I have to turf it and start again! Thanks!

Yes - its still good. Should be Ok several weeks in fridge and several months in the freezer.
