Anybody else having problems uploading photos today? Not sure if I've done something wrong but everytime I try to upload, it tells me nothing is attached even though I've attached something. Help!!

I have the same uploading problem. BUT was never able to download from my work pc, am able to download from home. I also realized that size limitation was my problem from home as well.

These problems need to be put in the Technical Forum, Heath monitors those more closely than the regular forums and can help faster. Janice

I posted my problem in the technical support forum on Sept 6th, haven't heard from anyone yet.

It's possible your photo is too big. Try shrinking it with this: http://www.shrinkpictures.com/

Thanks mq! I'll try that and see. Come to think of it, all the pictures I've scanned and put into the CC system before have been taken with a camera phone or a disposable camera and the new ones are with my new digital camera. That might be it icon_smile.gif

sometimes lowering the quality of the pic. (especially with digital cameras) helps with the size and you can't tell one bit to look at the photos.
