How do I keep the fondant from looking dryed out?
when I kneed it it looks moist but when I use corn starch or powdered sugar to roll it out it looks dry. is there something I can
wipe on top of it to make it shine a little?

You could try rolling it out on a shortening-coated surface. That helps with the dryness.

In the recipe section there under fondant/gumpaste there is an alternative marshmallow fondant recipe that uses a bit of crisco in the recipe. It makes the fondant less dry and it keeps it from sticking to your surfaces so you use very little or no corn starch or powdered sugar to roll it out. Hope this helps!
