I need to put a nose on a cake. Any ideas?

I am also wondering where to get the silver sticks that come out of the top of the cakes for decorating???

My husband is obsessed with noses. When we married years ago I made Nose lollipops. I found a nose mold online. Look for "Medical" candy molds.

Thanks for the help! I could hardly believe anyone answered...it seemed so obserd for me to even ask. But the people requested a nose as a joke! Did you use fondant?

I made orange chocolate lollipops. I was going to put Grand Marnier in them but it was a Hallowe'en/reception party we were having and I didn't think the parents would like me filling up their children with liquer. LOL!

I've never used the molds with fondant. Everytime I try to use molds to make fondant characters it turns out badly. icon_cry.gif

A 3D nose or just a drawing of a nose? It sounds like they will get a kick out of the cake. Something that comes to mind is those crazy glasses with the nose and eyebrows attached.

What is the theme for the nose? Is it for somebody who had a nose job or is it somebody who has allergies or somebody who is nosy what? Everybody here can probably come up with a cute saying to go with it if we know the underlying reason for a nose cake.
