I am soo @#%$&$ mad! 
I went on ebay and signed up for this merchant account from MERCHANT SERVICES. I signed the contract no fees but $3 per month for monthly maintenance. no monthly minimum, no avs fees, no nothing! I still have the signed contract. Two months ago they took about $18 instead of $3. I called nd they apologized and said they would refund the $ because it was a mistake on their end. I was supposed to get a refund check. Still waiting on that. Last month they took $18 again !!!!!!!!
Now here's the thing. I opened a business account just for this merchant account. I only put in enough money to make sure I can cover the fees. So the second time they took out more than they were supposed to I only had $10 in the account and they took $18 Of course my bank charges me $32. I was #$^%$^*%^& fuming!
I called last week when I got my statement. Again she was going to take care of it blah blah blah.......
This morning I get online to transfer money from one account to another and BAM! they took $38 this time. Thank got I put in more money just incase they didn't correct their mistake yet. NOT ONLY DID THEY TAKE MORE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE THEY ARE NOW TAKING MORE MONEY!!!!!! @$% #@$^$& @ %^@#$^$& $
I am so pissed. I wish their was a way to retract positive comments on ebay and really tell what happens after the papers are signed and they have access to your account. Now I have to go to my bank and close my account so they will stop taking my money. Oh did I mention I don't even use the merchant account. I got it just in case I ever needed it. I figures $3 a month isn't that bad to have it just in case.

I want to strangle someone. That really gets to me. Now I will probably never get that money back. But I am going to write every organization I know of to complain. Does anyone know who governs these merchant people.

Go or call your bank and ask about unauthorized electronic transfers. You authorized them to take $3.00 a month only. They might be able to get you all your money back. I had to do that with another company. They had to refund all my money to the account and any overcharges were credited back to my account. HTH. Then close out the account.
