Can anyone tell me how I can make a skin colour icing, I need to make a pair of boobs so really need to know what I need to do to get this colour.

Depends on the skin tone you are speaking of.

For Caucasians, a slight touch of copper, sometimes mixed with peach, is customarily used.

I'd also suggest a touch of copper (wilton) if you are going for "white" skin, or maybe a little brown if you want darker skin color

I use the Wilton ivory and get a good skin tone.

I recently used Americolor's copper, which is "fleshtone" in parantheses. And it was freaky after I colored it - how close to real skin it looked! If you look at the bulldozer cake in my pics, I did his head and arms with it. That was sort of cartoony, but if you're doing something more realistic, I still think that color would work.
