MMF be frozen on a sugar cookie?

I heard you can really freeze MMF and I dont want to ruin my whole batch of cookies.

Yes - I have frozen MMF on my sugar cookies and no issues - just let it defrost slowly. How long do you need to keep your cookies for? If its only for several days I think you are better off keeping wrapped in plastic and in an airtight container (I've done this up to a week and everything stays soft).

Im making them for a baby shower on the 9th of september. But im going away that week before and then my sister comes home from iraq for 2 weeks before the shower so I wanted to make them this weekend and freeze them so I could have some time with her and wont be running around like a mad women lol.

I always but a layer of press n seal wrap around them first and then stick them in an airtight container. They keep for a long time that way. I do this usually at Christmas time because I bake so many cookies it would be hard to do it all in one day.
