Do any of you have The Wilton School: Decorating Cakes book? I want to buy it but I can't find it locally to view it first, do you recommend it? Please give me your opinion on it. icon_smile.gif

Are you talking about the course books? You can go on Ebay and find them, they are really good!

there are courses 1.2.& 3. Also fondant and gumpaste. Wilton assumes no prior knowledge of cake decorating, so they start from the beginning basic techniques. They also have great step-by-step pictures to help. I've learned alot from these books, there are classes sometimes at Hobby Lobby or Joanne's, maybe Michaels too. This would be where they probably have those books. If this is something different, I'm not sure what it is, I'd have to see it to tell ya more if it would be helpful. But that's the only method I know is the Wilton Method, I love it!
