Hello, Everyone,

I previously asked for a price for 200 cookies for a quince. The mom wants the cookies in the the shape of the number "15". Well, I have the numeral cookie cutters, but the number 1 and 5 seperate.

Does anyone have any idea on how I should make one cookie in the shape of the number "15".

She just wants them to be peach wrapped in a bag with a peach ribbon. She said just a normal shaped cookie. She really didn't give me a size. She said they didn't have to be too big.

So, if you know how I would make this and what I would charge, I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks so much!

Michele

I would use a round cookie cutter and then cut out the numbers 15 with a fondant number cutter. I would use NFSC with RBC in whatever color you want then another contrasting color for the numbers.

I made '15' cookies to top the cupcakes on my nephew's birthday cupcake tower. I cut the numbers separately but baked them right next to each other, so they stuck together as they baked. You would not want to refrigerate the dough before doing this, because it's the slight spreading that welds the cookies together.

Thanks so much. That's what I'll do.
