Does it dry well enough to use for a loop bow? should I mix it with something? How long does it take for it to dry to be stable enough to make the bow? I tried one with MMF and it didn't work at all.

I've never done a fondant bow, but work with fondant a lot.....it should be fine. It usually takes overnigh to dry though, so I would recommend mixing it with the Wilton gumpaste. It'll dry quicker and be harder too.

Thanks for the tip! I've got some gumpaste mix here so I'll give that a try.

I always use the Wilton fondant for my bows. I do add a little bit of gumtex to it, to help it dry harder. You want to let the loops dry atleast 24 hours, but the longer you can let them dry the better. Less breakage that way.

I do bows adding Gumtex to the Wilton ready-to-use Fondant. It helps to make it harder. Let it dry for a day. It really works. Good luck.
